Getting reprimanded for discussing wages

I took a job with Wawa because they have great benefits and the ESO are wild, they’re also supposed to be a very fair company to work for. Well, I’m working my way into a lead position and hopefully settling in management. I have general manager experience so I know the labor laws, and they know that I know them because we’ve discussed it. Well, I told someone I got a raise, and how much it was. And now when my AGM returns we have to “discuss and settle it” because a few employees caught wind and they’re upset because they haven’t gotten one and mine was quite large. I’m just furious because up until now I haven’t minded my job at all, and it’s been fairly good, yet this is a gross violation of my rights.
