I wanted to post this in either the Outback Steakhouse community or the Class action lawsuits community, but they both seem inactive. I got this paper late December 2022, and I’ve filled it out, mailed it back, and also went to email route and emailed my info as well as filled out the info on the website they provided (restaurantwageclaim .com).
Since then I have not heard back ANYTHING — not even a confirmation that my information was received or anything. The website also seems to not be in service anymore… I seen someone post the same document here a while back, so hopefully someone else recognizes it and can tell me if they’ve gotten any updates or where I can go to find any…
