I work at a college in canada. My manager was let go due to “budget cuts”. Now all the work is getting put on three service workers for no extra pay and no training. We are told to make things better with less budget and less staff every year.
The entire blue collar staff that keep the college running is being cut left and right but they have money for a president and a vp and secretary for both of them plus budget managers and everyone who could basically do there job from home. But cant afford to hire more service workers or journeyman.
