They asked for feedback

The company I work for recently put out a survey after not having it for several years. It's gotten continuously worse. Highly debating just making it my resignation at this point. “It's unfortunate that I used to be an employee that truly bled blue for this company. Over these past few years and especially this last one, I've lost all faith that this is a company that actually cares about it's employees. There is such a huge disconnect on how much is being expected out of an employee and what benefits they get for working for this company. This was made quite apparent with the merit increases. It's unsettling to give our all in sticking with this company during huge changes (Customer Growth and Retention Bonus waived in our face to stay, to not get, but still see how “great” we're doing as a company), achieve top stats, and be an advocate for this company then receive a “bonus” that doesn't even try to keep up with market trends. Then to find out it was below the “company standard” was a slap in the face. I am sick of not having any job security when we're randomly pulled into meetings to be told that even more people will be laid off. At this point I wish I was one of them. This job has demanded that I now become a robot in hopes that I can get a measly raise that won't even cover market increases making me do more work for less benefits. I am sick of hearing of how bad my coworkers and even management are doing mentally because this company refuses to recognize that humans work for them. The world is changing around us and this company will sink if it continues down the path it's going. The changes to processes lately have been egregious and just plainly outlandish. It's incredibly difficult to even keep up when we have no notification of changes and often have to track down what even changed in a database that seems to be held together with fraying strings. This is a multi-billion dollar company that puts what seems to be little to no revenue into actually correcting this as it continuously gets worse, but expects us to figure it out. Insurance is regulated by law, yet we are expected to decipher vague guidelines and then reprimanded if they are not followed to a specific standard. I see every day how it affects the people I work with. Work used to be about connection with not only our coworkers but also the customers. We were they're good hands people. We helped each other and made sure people were protected correctly. We also had a great work environment based on competition and achieving our goals in the work place and in our personal lives. I feel so bad for the frontline having to come to us to try to navigate what the guidelines even are or where to look. We used to connect with these reps and be able to teach them how to be independent and hit targets. Now we hardly talk a moment. Their grievances with the systems, that are consistently having issues, are valid. We then try to fix and correct things to the best of our ability. When things don't work, our stats and benefits suffer. I genuinely miss being able to connect with my coworkers and be proud of where I work. Now we get no recognition for the hard work we've done and our many skills and years of experience aren't utilized to actually help this company.”

All the best.
