In my current position there are a lot of things that come up that aren't covered in the official training. The person who is between me and the supervisor says any questions just ask. Better to get it done correctly than have it come back. I totally agree and an cool with this part.
The problem is every time I ask a question the email comes back with the answer and always ccs my supervisor on it. So basically its 'Ask any question and I'll answer it and let the boss know that you asked me a question.' Has the feeling of tattling on me. Is there something I'm missing?
