Southwest Airlines wants to make sure you are not ugly

Looking at flight attendant positions and saw this from SW. Is it really legal to put this in there? I'm not butt hurt because I think I'm ugly, but the thought of some troll looking me up and down to decide if I'm “proportionate” enough makes me want to vom. Under the sanction of the company.
