For context, me and my dad both used to work retail. Him in the back and I am a cashier. He's been retired for years but any issues at work I talk to him as he has dealt with this and my mom never has done retail. Anyway over the weekend and yesterday I got told. “Your taking to long of a 15min break.” When what I do is take my 15 min break and then turn around and go pee. In the past this has been no problem but lately everyone is yelling at me for this. Like what the heck man like what the heck. So now its either a 15min break or go to the bathroom or take a 10 or 5min break and spend the rest of the time going pee. How is this fair foreveryone when one is cutting into break time. *Shakes head*
