They will always pick appeasing customers and belittling employees just to get the sale. It’s truly exhausting. I wish I could just turn people away and tell them to leave when they are being awful. But I’m always going to be reprimanded if I ever have boundaries or a back bone. I don’t want to work in an environment where people can scream at me and get away with it.
