I don’t know what to do at my job

I’ll try and keep this brief I work for a medical recruitement company in the UK and i have been there for a year So I started as a consultant and was doing well in my team. The four of us all worked together well and we were slowly on our way up. The CEO of this company is not a sane person. His wife co owns the business and is there for “emotional support”. His brother in law used to work on my team but moved somewhere else because of their issues. The business only does well because people work around him Now everything changed when he hired his daughter to start her own team in the late summer. Nice at first but slowly realized that it was an unfair advantage. He would bend over and let her do whatever she wanted. She did a couple of illegal things…

I’ll try and keep this brief

I work for a medical recruitement company in the UK and i have been there for a year

So I started as a consultant and was doing well in my team. The four of us all worked together well and we were slowly on our way up.

The CEO of this company is not a sane person. His wife co owns the business and is there for “emotional support”. His brother in law used to work on my team but moved somewhere else because of their issues. The business only does well because people work around him

Now everything changed when he hired his daughter to start her own team in the late summer. Nice at first but slowly realized that it was an unfair advantage. He would bend over and let her do whatever she wanted. She did a couple of illegal things as well with no consequences( putting people to work with no evidence of credentials, faking someone’s immunizations checks)

Unfortunately due to the CEO’s incompetence, our teams joined together. I try not to be a “yes man”. I do have to say yes from time to time but because we weren’t getting along or I wasn’t doing as well as his daughter, I was moved from recruitment to “operations” but still making a bonus

The wife and another managing director brought me into a room and she told me there’s is no such thing as too much work and do the job you’re meant to do and how her husband and a director did all this work to start the company on their own

I slowly realized that I was spinning too many plates and was given all the jobs that the daughter didn’t want to do. She yelled at me in front of him about something I had nothing to do with and behold, I get moved to a desk and made to do compliance. Fine you know what, I’m still “operations”, still recruiting on the side. On Monday this week, I didn’t prioritize booking a place for a nurse to stay in( she emailed me in the morning but said nurse didn’t need a place in the end).

She told daddy and now I’m on a different team again. Losing my bonus.

I’ve already spoken to the directors and the CEO himself but I’m ignored and he told me “those things are in the past and to just move forward”

My visa expires next month which is why I haven’t got up and left yet but I’m at my wits end here

There are a lot more details that left out but I dread going in everyday and at the point that I’m holding back tears as I walk in the door

I wouldn’t be able to even get new job until my new visa comes back which might not be until Septem
