Colleagues treat me like my job isn’t important

I work at a smaller e-commerce business in the states, our larger company is overseas. I am the office admin so I’m taking care of a lot of things no one else deals with, (ex. Stocking the kitchen with drinks, ordering office supplies, helping out when computers crash, random jobs around the office etc.) everyone else has different positions relating straight to the product we are selling. Everyone treats me with such disrespect it’s actually disheartening, I’ll slack (instant message) them a question, needing an answer to something important and no one responds, when i ask them in person they grunt me off and say they’ll get to it…in a way where it seems like I’m bothering them. It’s hurtful, quite irritating and is making me discouraged to continue trying to do my job… i come to work with a positive attitude and I’m very kind to everybody so I’m…
