I recently left a company that I only joined 4 months ago.
Kept hearing from coworkers it’s toxic and I tried to remain optimistic. At month 2, I started to see the general lack of respect or appreciation for those of us with “boots on the ground”. 3 month review made me start looking elsewhere (my choice. They were ecstatic with my performance).
I went in for my exit interview on Wednesday and the secretary said, “how many more people are going to quit? You guys are really messing with my retirement plans here.”
That’s when it was filling confirmed for me that leaving was the right choice.
