I applied to a job and they wanted to me to put references in SkillSurvey. I dont really have friends so I created 4 references and put their emails in as the references and filled out all the references by myself.
My question is, is SkillSurvey smart enough to know this? Do they look at IP addresses and do background checks and stuff on my references? The website makes the company seem like they do all this extra work, but I'm thinking logically, it's just a way for them to make money whilst doing the bate minimum.
