Im going to be very vague here. The manager at my workplace is not my boss. However, her approach to managing my coworkers is toxic af. I can’t really do much because everything I know is mostly through others and a small amount was witnessed first hand. I want my coworkers to report her and get her fired. There was one time this manager was super disrespectful towards me and her boss was validating when I reported it. If all my coworkers who’ve been yelled at for stupid stuff, who’ve been denied pto for unprecedented reasons, who’ve been made to feel completely distrustful and fear-mongered reported her, I’m sure she’d be out.
