People like to say if you're a CEO/CMO/CFO/etc.. you're working harder than everyone else.
Many of US have worked at enough companies & know:
Most top level execs usually work LESS than
everyone else & don't understand most of what most people do.
If you work at a Top 350 company:
While these top level execs are on vacay & you're working a 50+ hour week, barely scraping by, don't fall for the Bullshit:
“CEOs work so much harder, so they deserve 400x more pay than you”
In most cases they don't work harder. And in all cases they don’t deserve 400x compensation.
