I live in a smaller city in the west US. I have had 3 jobs since May who have all said they'd give me 30-40 hours a week. With my hopes up each time, I was anticipating being able to move in with my partner by Fall. Now I'm on job 3 with only 15 hours a week when the employer said they'd give me whatever hours “they could get”. Am I wrong for assuming they'd give me that much? I'm just very discouraged and I honestly just want to make even the bare minimum to move out of my parents house. Any advice or just some relatability?
