I’m in Washington state, I worked for a large corporate call center, where you need to be licensed to sell their services. I gave my notice last month. The 2nd of July was my last day. I gave them 2 weeks and funneled all my leads to a coworker. I did my part.
I should have been paid my commission check on the 15th of this month, for sales I had from two month back. I’ve received nothing.
What’s my best course of action? I feel like there are others like me, that aren’t being paid. This company just had layoffs following a horrible earnings call recently. They suck and have been very unresponsive to my other requests.
