Is there anything the union can do?

My boss was out for a while as they trained a new manager but she just came back. There have been a lot of communication issues that have made parts of the job very difficult, not to mention I have a medical condition that is making it extremely difficult to do my job. Don’t offer advice about that. So I brought up some of these communication issues and anxieties to my manager in an email where she didn’t answer any of my questions, said I couldn’t keep bringing this issue to her (the first time I’ve done so) and that because I cced the union email and she couldn’t see it she said it could be viewed as disruptive. So now she’s back and I know I fucked up here. I was trying to present a problem with a solution because that’s usually how people respond best to me but…

So now she’s back and I know I fucked up here. I was trying to present a problem with a solution because that’s usually how people respond best to me but she was very upset and said “this is not the first time you’ve done this but it will be the last” with obvious Implications of firing me. HR has not been involved at all. And I don’t really understand what she’s talking about.

There are a few instances where I understand she might be upset because I helped introduce solutions as part of a group but she fully blew us off.

Should I tell the union I don’t understand what she’s mad about? Can she threaten to fire me like that without hr?

Besides which she sent me home because of my medical condition until I can see my doctor at the end of the week. Not thrilled about the monetary loss, but I’m truly suffering so it also came as a relief. Is she trying to force me to quit with this?
