I’m not sure if this is the right place for this, but I believe it ties into the whole message of this subreddit.
So I am employed with a home healthcare agency in TN. Not so many months ago they started punishing people for not doing their paperwork correctly. They basically started cutting people paper checks and withholding their pay until the paperwork is complete. Which means the direct deposit was stopped. Is this illegal? Did they find a loophole around this? Considering they’re still paying people, but it’s a form of retaliation in my opinion. Thank you for your help.
