After an initial phone screen and 30 minute call with the hiring manager, I get an email saying that I’m advancing to the next round and that they’ll need approximately 6 hours of my time. Honestly, as much as I want the job, that’s so ridiculous imo that I’m debating just dropping out of the interview process…
