Application for “At-Will” employment

I have a question, I’ve applied for several jobs and have never seen this section on the bottom that says “employer reserves the right to require any lawful form of medical examination” weirded me out as if I’m signing my rights to personal medical info. Perhaps I’m reading too much into it, any insight would be appreciated. Also I live in WA state if that helps
