Rant : Job adverts suck! What's the pay? It's market rate… WTF is market rate? 3 different websites tell me 3 different things. I assume it's going to be the same as what the job was paying 13 years ago then? Why would I show any initiative or drive in a job that pays “average”? And the politicians and employer groups bitch about “productivity”
