My horrible work experience as a minor.

I started working at 16 for a large company but in my time there I was left alone for people on drugs to say disgusting things to me, threaten me and try to steal from our store and i was expected to stop this (I never did their stock is replaceable my life isn't). The people I worked with weren't any better as they constantly said inappropriate and disgusting things to me even moving to touching me and flirting with me as grown men with wifes and children. I was expected to dela with angry customers and do any return or tricky maths as not a single adult there knew how to do percentages. The people I worked with weren't any better as they constantly said inappropriate and disgusting things to me even moving to touching me and flirting with me as grown men with wifes and children. I was expected to dela with angry customers and do any return or tricky maths as not a single adult there knew how to do percentages. At one point someone screamed at me as I was trying to serve someone, my manager opened up a till tos erve them instead of kicking them out when they did this the guy tired to HIT ME and he still got serve and MY MANAGER APOLOGISED. It took them over 4 months to show me any fire exits, to give me any safety training and before this the only training iw as given was watching someone use the tills for 30 minutes. While doing my exams in college I was told not asked to work overtime for no extra pay I was only supposed to work 48 hours a month and did 120. I choose to leave. I've now been trying to find more work to save up money so I can move out easier as housing is insanely expensive, on my first day at a new job for an 8 hour cashier job I was imidately asked to do heavy lifting despite having medical issues for 8 hours then told alter on they expected me and told me to do A 40 HOUR WORK WEEK FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT, not asked not optional TOLD while they paid minimum wage. I left that day. I haven't been able to find a single job that offers any kind of livable wage or any job that stand by their contract, has a safe environment or cares about me in anyway and I don't know what to do.

At this point I have given up on work and accepted I will probably not get to move out any time soon no matter how hard I try to find a job before I finish college but with the way job searching has gone I don't even know if I can get a job with a college degree…
