I had to take off some personal days this week due to a family situation. I work for a small company. About 6 employees. I got back to work on Wednesday and my coworker turns to me and goes “so how do you feel about the schedule change”. I was like what schedule change. Apparently there was a huge meeting on Monday where everyone was informed our hours are getting cut in half. No one decided to inform me about this. I texted my manager and she was like oh right you were not there. So FML I just found out I need a new job because who can live on 20 hours/week.
