Would you switch companies for a pay increase?

I am currently a Property Manager and was offered an interview with another company for a General Manager role. I have a high potential of getting the job due to 5 years of experience in student housing. I love where I am working due to involvement with new construction and developments (building a 120-bed building). It's a small team (managing 3 staff) which I have grown to love since July 2022 with lots of growth opportunity in the next 2 years. More customer service and maintenance focused. The other role is enticing due to the compensation package. More heavily involved with budgeting and leadership of a 15 person team. I am just worried I won't love the culture and will feel disappointed that I job-hopped. More money is always nice, but my mental health and workplace happiness is more important. Would you pursue the opportunity if you were me or stick with where I am now?
