To be fair I just started at this company 3 months ago. But every 30 hour I work accumulates to 1 hour PTO. That just seems so shitty to me. On top of that I just got accepted into the apprenticeship program this company offers and my boss is being a piss ant about it and is fighting to keep me in prefabrication. Might just say fuck the apprenticeship and shoot to be a line-worker instead. :/
