As the title describes, I just found out the reason my boss denied my vacation time is so that he could take it off himself. Initially said I could not take the week off (unlimited PTO) as it would affect business operations. Now I see he is out all week for the same week I had asked off a month ago. The cherry on top is he didn’t even tell me, I found out from a coworker… Should I take this to HR or would they not be able to do anything about it?
