I went to a job fair today after i received their email. It said people would be hired on the spot. I looked through the available positions and found three or four that I was interested in. I got dressed up, traveled about thirty minutes one way and went inside to it. Inside there were sheets with information on the available positions. There were also tables lined up that you could just go up to and talk to the managers for each position. I did a quick scan of the tables and then asked someone with a clipboard where the managers for the positions I was interested in were.
Apparently they didn't show up.
I had to resteain myself from asking for someone to reimburse me for the gas for the wasted trip
