I (36M) have a very common mental illness. Its pretty well managed most of the time, sometimes it goes tits up. A couple of weeks ago was one of them times. I was so so ill and literally suicidal. I opened up to someone in the office, they sent me home. When I got back into work, I was given a disciplinary for discussing my mental health with a colleague as it could have upset them. Never mind the fact it could have killed me. I'm so done.
