I’ve automated my mouse jiggler on a timer, but how can login into my computer automatically?

Hey all. The only options I've come across involve adjusting auto log-in settings in the BIOS, but I lack administrator access. Perhaps changing my display settings to prevent it from turning off in the first place might work? That way, my teams status can change to away and my automated mouse jiggler can wake it back up.
