How to find nice jobs

Hello, I(27f)started looking for a full time job recently. I am Turkish, I live in Istanbul. Normally, I have been a freelance translator for like 5 years(2 years after graduation) and I was building a nice career. It was thrilling to get more payments and big jobs at the beginning. It just kept getting better until one point all of the jobs stopped. We had the economical crisis really bad, gov policies and bastard locals reduced the tourism and business and earthquake happened. My income dropped so much I was worried about what I would do. I tried a bit more at my old office as a freelancer but boss is not budging about my payment. He is honest at least. He offers a small amount of payment for each job I have. He makes the payments but its just not enough in a monthly basis. So I told him…

So I told him that I would start looking for a job and he said you can come to work anytime you want. I am glad I have an open door but working conditions are really bad.

I had a recent bout of tough luck too. Had to move out, got a place for myself, broke up w bf and my parents started pestering me to return because they are worried I am living alone. I made A LOT of debt for moving and reserving time for myself to look for jobs and recover.

I am having a hard time in job interviews too. I was focusing on health tourism until now because I have some experience in that area. One place offered a salary barely above the minimum wage for shit working conditions and it shocked me, because I have a strong cv. I had seen a place with better salary option but they were quite disrespectful and I wish to not work with them if possible. I do not know exactly how much salary is normal for those positions.

I am baffled and confused. I am not sure which positions to go after because I was basically in a translation office and I translated for everyone who contacted us for help and paid the price. And I worked in way too many areas. Company audits, court, notary, bank processes, meetings, travelling around, accompanying for chores, paperwork, document delivery, arranging processes, house hunting, selling anything, hospital procedures etc.

It was thrilling at the time but now I see that I dont have a specific position I am experienced in. I have excellent English-Turkish, intermediate German(not enough for work). I am really good at handling customers, connecting with them and helping. I am also able to run processes clearly and make plans. I wish to be a patient coordinator if possible but dont really mind the area currently.

How can I find myself a good position with good pay and how to sell my which ability? I need a quick solution for now but I am open to long term investments for myself.

I am sorry I am babbling a lot and giving lots of details. I hope it makes sense. I am just confused and panicking. TIA for any help.
