Went through multiple days, multiple hours, multiple rounds of an interview process to be be told that they arent hiring???

What the hell is going on with companies these days? How is this even legal?

My boyfriend got to third round interviews for a company who literally just ghosted him, wouldn't reply to any of his emails….then he saw the job listing reposed a week later.

I'm so fed up with this job market and how companies treat PEOPLE not even employees.
