So I've worked at a place for a year, my team of 5 is now just me. They gave me a raise as I have worked hard to pick up the slack and my position changed. I didn't ask for the raise and it came naturally and I'm pleased they recognised me.
However, now my supervisor keeps making comments everytime I go to the bathroom/am on my phone etc. It's relatively tongue and cheek from my supervisor but he said that his boss did not want to give me a pay increase and therefore I need to be careful.
Sorry to be moaning about getting a raise, I'm truly grateful but don't like the tonal shift it has caused. Anyone else experienced this?
