How do I get out of helping someone take over my side hustle at work?

So, my boss usually accommodated my schedule so I can do work that brings in money for our organization, specifically our location. It was nice while it lasted, I guess. I had heard rumors he was going to give his buddy my responsibilities so they can work it and get the money. I received my schedule and noticed that my schedule did not reflect the responsibilities and asked. My immediate supervisor didn't even know. He let me know that they are going to have other individuals absorb the workload–translation, their buddy. My supervisor was only CC'd on his reply. I know I did a great job, but my boss has given above and beyond hooking their friend up. I have nothing against their friend, but I do think it's ridiculous. Anyway, I have a notebook and files with all the stuff I learned throughout the three years I was doing, and I am pretty sure their buddy will ask me for it (shortcuts, etc.). How do I not give them my files and my notes?
