Already had given a courtesy heads up next year I wanted take leave.
They keep saying they will discuss.
Now they keep trying to say it's not good to take so many days off when people have just started the job. But it is going to be a year that I will have worked there.
And this is a big, one of those famous names, typical run of the mill mnc company.
It baffles me they say hiring period is over and they can't look into hiring more people.
Thankfully my contract runs out before my planned days off…so I will probably just be agreeable if they say no and just not renew my job contract next year anyway.
This job had so many red flags and HR is messy anyway.
