I work at a warehouse and a part was missing I got called into his office then he informed me I have to pay 200 bucks to replace it. Of course I do all the stock and receiving so any part that goes missing is on me. Constantly getting blamed for things out of my control. Any attempt to argue my innocence is shot down I hate my boss so much I can't stop feeling angry and hateful Everytime I see him. Guy makes a million a month in revenue and asks me scrapping by to pay for this shit I hate this and cherish every last second I don't have to look at him or hear his voice rant over
Edit: thank you all for the helpful advice due to general consensus I will talk to the labor department I want my boss to feel how I feel right now angry and regretful that I didn't know this at the time
