Venting about what makes me pissed off at work.

Rude people For them, every single deal is a big deal and every single task is “extremely” urgent. They promise universe to clients and chase other internal teams to get shits done. Some Sales rep left me a several comments being angry and saying what they should do. I already said that shit like several times. Some people are wild like crazy so I’m confused if they really have a temper issue. Useless Escalation Again, some peeps can’t even wait for only one day so escalate to everywhere copying leadership. Looking into it, it’s even not urgent at all and of course all the info is not yet prepared. Why overreact? Company keep asking for more.     I recently realised all the good people who I used to know has left the company already. In a caplitalism, it maybe natural for a company to focus on their service and clients for the best service. So thy push employees. More and more. Quick and quick. This literally drain down people.

Whenever I wake up in the morning I see all that shits in my laptop, which makes me already tired before start my day. Why can’t we a bit more chill and kind?
