Can an employer use a photo of me without my permission to market or promote a product

Hello, I live in arizona and work at an entertainment facility. Recently, I was shown in a news segment about our facility. I didn't know I was going to be but they just started filming the area I was in and I didn't wanna ruin it by rushing out so I just sort of played along. It was live, I didn't really care that much. What I did care about was that my employer took a Screencap of me in the news segment, and displayed it under a product I was demonstrating saying “as seen on tv.” I don't remember giving permission for him to do that, he just sort of did it and expected me to think it was awesome. It was not a flattering picture, I don't want to be used for marketing unless I'm being paid for that, and in general, im a private person. I know…

I know there's no federal law for protecting one's image in this situation, but im wondering if there's any recourse i can pursue in case my boss is not willing to take it down (he's that sort of guy). Any advice is appreciated.
