Currently my “manager” is out of office for a foreseeable time so i report to two manager (i mainly work with manager 1). The other manager (mgr2) just grilled me for following the instruction give to me by manager 1, we have meeting about this topic with the director tomorrow so i am not sure what will happen tomorrow. I am prepared for the worst, but i wish my original nal manager was here to at least defend for me.
