Can I be forced into a sick leave I don’t want?

I have recently become burnt out from moving houses while working a full time, minimum wage job in London hence my doctors wrote a sick note suggesting a 4-days working week (which I previously asked and was denied from my employer). Upon submitting such note, the business owner became really angry and told me I can’t do that, dialogue was very difficult and I was made feel like being ill a couple times over three months was unacceptable behaviour. The outcome of this conversation has been the owner forcing a full on sick leave (which I don’t really want) and then returning to work full time after two weeks. Now, I don’t really want to take this leave but can she force it upon me? She has also said it will be active from Friday onwards, but I haven’t spoken to my GP to change the conditions on my doctor…

She has also said it will be active from Friday onwards, but I haven’t spoken to my GP to change the conditions on my doctor slip.

What can I do to defend myself from this decision? I’ll be looking for a new job soon as my current one is a big red flag due to gaslighting management and some H&S concerns.
