Why do we take days off when we’re tired from work? That means you’re spending paid vacation time so that you can refresh your brain/body, only to get tired again the next work day. That also means that you never get the time for yourself where in you’re full of energy. If work is demanding and say you’re tired by Thursday, the company deserves a tired and unproductive version of you on Friday. I refuse to spend my PTO just so I can rest for work. I will rest at work, thank you very much.
