Hi, I need advice

I'm on a closed work permit in canada. Meaning I can only work for the employer in my permit. This restricts my ability to switch jobs easily. My salary is 78k cad a year as a plant manager in a small farm thar harvests and processes food. The amount of work per week varies but when it's not harvest season someone can expect a 7 am to 4:30 pm shift from Monday to Friday. On harvest season from early July to ends of August, work is daily and could be from 7 am to 8 or 10 pm. One would expect as a plant manager that I have some degree of freedom for choices but not really. The owner of the farm ( a woman , unsure if it's relevant or not but I'll post it here anyways) runs everything and basically makes every decision for me. I'm young (26)…

I'm young (26) and still have lots to learn but the problem is that every issue that the plant has I try to fix it if my limited knowledge allows me to, if not I'll contact an expert otmr technician who has experience on the field. But the owner will pull out of the nowhere false information about the equipment, which makes meme job a little bit more stressing.

For example, she has 2 electric forklifts o the plan. If it's rented, the rental company pays for repairs and if it's not a rental unit we have to pay for it. I was going against her because I knew that those forklifts were not rentals, but she kept her word that it was a rental unit.
She complains about equipment breaking down, but she at the same time doesn't allow me to purchase parts for the equipment if it seems worn out.

The other day the low water alarm didn't trigger. And she told me that I was trying to sabotage the company, I stood there for a few mins arguing with her. I didn't know about the existence of that alarm. She kept switching topics in the argument how I was neglecting work, not coming to work, not working as a team, etc.

My coworker who is a quality assurance manager tells me literally what to do for operations and is contstanrly questioning what i do and how should things be.
Even though she has never maintained or fixed equipment.

I guess it's a lot. I still have a lot more to say. Long story short, I don't feel happy to work there anymore. Simple things stress me a lot more than ir should be. I feel worn out. Like if I will never be able to accomplish anything there. I can't learn how to be a manager if they don't let me take small decisions and learn. All I do is follow the rules and listen to then even when they are sometimes wrong.

Problem is that If I quit, I'll have to give back to my country mexico.
