I recently saw that someone's job realized that they were looking for a job because they updated their resume on Indeed (or some other website) and the website notified their employer that they were updating their resume. Its time to start looking again, I want to avoid my boss knowing till I'm ready to get out of there. What landmines are out there that I'm not aware of?
