Hey all. I'm switching jobs and my employer has caught on. I found out they didn't pay out vacation days when someone leaves, so I started taking as many as I could. They cornered me in to saying I was planning on leaving at some point. Now I requested off another day and my manager calls me and says any further days I take off, I have to pay them back if I leave. Are they allowed to do this? I don't remember signing any agreement that would bind me to this.
Edit: I am salaried, had 8 vacation days roll over from last year and have 3 days left.
