What is the best job for former teachers and big extroverts?

I am thinking of leaving education one day. I want to get my Master’s Degree in something else that can further my chances of a high paying job once I finished the program. I’m tired of how hard I have to work everyday when it seems like my friends are only working half the time and are bored at their jobs. My husband said I should do coding but I really want to work with people. Im a big extrovert and dream of work happy hours, softball leagues, and having work be full of friends (is this even a thing?)! It would be cool to make closer to 60-70k rather than barely making 50k! Also would be cool to have a job where it’s not “Go! Go! I love data analysis, I am great as a leader, communication, coaching, public speaking, training, and more! Think of skills an educator has and add in some experience in working for a college alumni center, volunteering in my community, and leading many clubs/groups in my time!
