Hello all, looking for advice because I never heard of such a thing. One can look at my previous post over the issue of my two weeks notice but long story short my new jobs timeframe doesn’t allow me to stop at my old job for my last paycheck. Due to this my wife went to pick it up but she was told I had to fill out paperwork before they can release it to me. I’m unsure but I feel that this is retaliation from me leaving because again I’ve never had to fill out final paperwork.
Anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
