What really happens when you contact employer after you post a negative review?

I left a bad job a few weeks ago. I received a better offer and I was over the company anyways so I was happy to leave. I left a review anonymously on Glassdoor. Some of my complaints were normal complaints (pay, PTO, bad management) but I did mention some comments my coworkers made about pronouns and how they were stupid & the fact that our company was “forcing us to recognize pronouns” was ridiculous. Fast forward a few days and they replied to my review. It was the e generic “Please reach out to us so we can discuss this at [email protected]”. I’m the only review they have responded to out of hundreds. Do you think they just want to know who the employee was badmouthing pronouns? I highly doubt they’re trying to make anything better with me.
