Possibly being promoted, thinking of quitting.

I’ve been at this company for almost two years. It is my first job in the industry, I did what we do on a smaller scale in my free time as a hobby and was confident I could climb up in the industry quickly. Well cool. But in my last interview I found out that they were only going to offer me 40k a year LESS than the previous manager, with half of the PTO. It’s “non negotiable “ I agree or they go with a outside hire. Man fuck this place. I don’t know how to feel. Even though it’s 40k less than the last guy, it’s still 12k more than I make now. Am I being to proud? Or should I leave this greedy place high and dry.
