been struggling to get to work cause of not having a working vehicle at the moment and I was written up for Conflict Of Interest cause the contract manager found out that I was getting rides to work and home from an employee that is under me which I wasn’t aware of is a problem , she offered cause she lives down the street , yet I have proof of the contract manager going out to the bars/clubs with her supervisors ( photos) which is under her, not sure what do cause even in the employee book it states that any relationships/friendships outside of work is fine ? I do work on a military base, I asked her even if I get dropped off across from the base say the gas station and she said it’s still a no, I feel like she can go do stuff like that with people under her but I can’t get rides just to be able to show up on time? she’s also a A hole cause when she’s in bad moods which is often everyone feels intimidated to not talk to her , they call it “ walking on glass around her “ I don’t think that’s good look as a contract manager, I feel she brings her personal issues to work and it effects everyone , so idk what I should do as in talk to HR? She was accused of sexual harassment and still is working there, she had gotten suspended for two weeks and 6 months probation which is over and also when this all started she even bragged to me that she has been under investigation 3 or 4 times already.. I’m barely gonna be one year there and as a minority somehow I’m scared to bring it up to HR , she also attended two of her employees wedding,and the 3rd employee under her married the two others ?
