Multiple roles

I’m a bartender and we have a kitchen in our bar, we are now being told on weekends we have to make some of the food menu items as usually the kitchen staff are off but they want to sell food on the weekends to make money. Pay me a kitchen wage on top of my current pay if you want me to pull double duty Ffs.
