Antiwork

Do your employers act weird when you take a day to work from home?

I spend 4 hours commuting (to and fro). Once a week, I take remote to mentally charge up, catch up on hobbies and chores. But my manager gets all defensive saying coming to the office is mandatory for productivity and collaboration and becoming better at my job. But then they boast about being a flexible team to work with. (it's not like other teams in my company don't have remote work, it's just my team). This sucks.
